"Not suuuure I totally trust them"
The whole thing felt a little sketchy to meee. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear things up, but they didn’t really explain much, so I’m still not feeling super confident about it.

It was okay for the most part, but I was annoyed when the extra fees showed up. I’ve used a couple of similar services before and they were more upfront about the total cost, so this felt a bit frustrating in comparison. Not a terrible experience, just wish they were clearer from the start

"Live chat took forever and nobody followed up"
I tried using the live chat and it was frustrating. I waited way longer than I expected, and when someone finally replied, the answers were really short and didn’t help much. What annoyed me most is that there was no follow-up after that, so I was basically left still not knowing what to do.

I booked through travelmerry and just kept waiting for the e-ticket to show up. It didn’t come when they said it would, so I ended up constantly checking my email and calling them, which was super stressful right before a trip 😕 Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I don’t think I’d use them again

"Works on mobile, but it tested my patience"
I tried using Travel Merry on my phone to check flights, and yeah, it got the job done. But some pages took longer to load than I wanted, and I don’t have much patience for that. A few of the buttons were also annoyingly tiny, so I kept tapping around more than I should’ve had to. It’s not awful, but the mobile experience could definitely be smoother.

I booked a flight through travelmerry.com and the booking did go through, so I can’t really complain too much. I got the confirmation email, the price seemed fair, and the website was straightforward to use.
The only thing that made me a little unsure was waiting on the details and checking my email a few times to make sure everything was all set. If my experience is anything to go by, they seem fine overall, just maybe not the fastest or clearest with follow-up info.

The only thing is the page took a while to update after I paid, so I wasn’t really sure if the booking had gone through until I got the email later. I used travelmerry.com when I was trying to sort out what papers I needed for my trip, though I can’t remember if I checked it the week before or a few days before leaving. Either way, the info was clear and helped me stop second-guessing everything. A couple of the links took me a minute to find, which was a little annoying, but overall it was useful and I’d probably use it again next time.

"Schedule Change Was Handled Poorly"
My flight schedule changed, but TravelMerry never really made it clear to me. I only found out because I happened to check it myself, which is not exactly reassuring when you’re trying to plan a trip.

This is where it got annoying: when I reached out, the replies were slow and the answers were kind of all over the place. It added way more stress than necessary, i wouldn’t book through them again.
